Matt went above and beyond to help get us back on track, not only with the HR side, but also investigating and building Payroll elements.

Vision ERP have been supporting us on an ad hoc basis at UKAEA with our Unit 4 product since our implementation of Milestone 5 in Sept 16.

They provide very flexible, professional support and advice, and have extensive knowledge of Unit 4. Over this period they have helped us with process improvements with payroll, forms & associated workflows, Contract Master Files, and assisted our IT department in creating an API between Unit 4 and another UKAEA system.

They have provided ad hoc support during our upgrade projects to MS6.2 & MS7.2, and they have also delivered training for us on Excelerator reporting, HR and Fixed Assets. They also supported us with our first financial year end with regard to the fixed asset module and revaluations etc.

They are a fantastic team to work with, extremely hard working and honest and I would have no hesitation in recommending Vision ERP.
