ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled ERP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ERP implementations in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of ERP solution implementations, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are built and that the solution aligns with their business goals.
Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and consultants, to deliver ERP solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Stakeholder Management: Manage communication with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maintain alignment on project priorities and resolve any issues quickly.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project delivery remains on track.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including user training and support, to ensure a seamless transition to the new solution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all solutions meet the required standards for functionality, reliability, and performance.
Project Documentation: Keep project plans, status reports, and relevant documentation up to date to ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Work with internal teams to identify ways to enhance project processes, improve the product, and share knowledge across the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

Experience managing ERP projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.
Experience with cloud migrations (desirable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Project (desirable)
Experience with other SaaS solutions is an advantage

Finance Consultant

We are looking for a Unit4 Junior Finance Consultant and an experienced principal Finance Consultant to join our team. The successful candidates in this role will work with our team and clients across the UK and covering multiple verticals. Are you ready to translate client processes into a solution design and then build and implement the design? We provide advice and guidance on best practice configured solutions and business process, ensuring the client achieves the solution to meet their business objectives.

What are we looking for?

-Demonstrable experience of implementing Unit4 finance software.

-Highly organised with attention to detail.

-Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior stakeholders.

-Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

-Good commercial awareness.

-Able to travel across the UK as needed, working remotely when required, with occasional overnight stays.
