Leanne is a highly accomplished ERP Consultant with extensive experience in financial systems and Unit4 ERP. Before joining Vision ERP in 2024, she spent over six years at Unit4, progressing from Consultant to Managing Principal Consultant. During this time, she led numerous implementations and system optimisation projects, earning a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.

Her earlier career in local government financial systems provided her with a deep understanding of financial processes, system administration, and the importance of aligning technology with organisational needs. This unique blend of public sector and ERP consultancy experience allows Leanne to bridge the gap between technical capability and real-world business requirements.
