Dave is a co-founder of Vision ERP and a Solution Architect and Payroll Specialist with a strong technical skillset. He helps organisations connect and streamline their Unit4 ERP systems across HR & Payroll.

Dave co-founded Vision ERP in 2016 and works as a Solution Architect and Payroll Specialist, spanning both the HR & Payroll workstreams. He specialises in Unit4 ERP integration, data manipulation, reporting and dashboards, and form design, helping organisations join up their systems and make better use of their data.

An experienced professional with a strong payroll management background, Dave expanded into integration consulting and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). Before joining Vision ERP, he was Lead HR/HCM Consultant at Methods Advisory. Earlier, at Wolverhampton City Council, he served as ERP System Subject Matter Expert and Payroll Lead, and before that as Principal Accounting Officer and lead accountant for Social Services on a £50m gross budget — running payrolls for a council of 15,000 employees.

Dave has delivered implementation and support across policing and blue-light services, local government, higher education, nuclear and energy, and international government, including Gloucestershire Constabulary, Surrey County Council, Buckinghamshire New University, and UK Atomic Energy Authority. He is known for bridging HR, Payroll and technology to deliver practical, lasting results.
