Gary is an ERP Project Manager and Quality Assurance Consultant with over 20 years' management experience. He leads end-to-end project delivery and drives the quality standards behind Vision ERP's work.

At Vision ERP, Gary leads project delivery alongside the company's internal quality and standards function. He is currently Project Manager on the NRS payroll implementation, overseeing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, milestones and quality throughout the project.

Gary also leads Vision ERP's quality and standards work, including the successful pursuit of ISO 9001 accreditation, and builds the quality management frameworks and standard operating procedures that underpin consistent delivery. He brings over 20 years of management experience across ERP implementation, commercial operations, business process improvement, change management and lean.

Before joining Vision ERP, Gary held senior roles including Technical Systems Manager at Taylor Lane Timber Frame and Regional Manager at Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions, where he ran the South region with a budget of more than £14m and a team of over 25. He was previously Senior Technical Support Manager at MiTek UK and UK Head of Design at MBC Timber Frame, and holds BTEC and NVQ qualifications in Business Management. His structured, quality-focused approach underpins how Vision ERP delivers complex projects.
