At Vision ERP, she supports the delivery of ERP transformation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate activities, maintain visibility of priorities and progress, and ensure actions, requirements and decisions are clearly documented and followed through.

Her experience spans project coordination, governance, planning, reporting, budget monitoring and stakeholder communication. Alongside client projects, Houda also contributes to Vision’s internal quality and information security initiatives, supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Houda holds an MBA and a Chartered Management Institute qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Her earlier studies in law have also strengthened her analytical and detail-focused approach.
