Jessica is an Application Consultant who helps public-sector clients streamline their finance processes, from scoping workshops and requirements gathering through to build, testing and go-live.

Jessica is an Application Consultant at Vision ERP, which she joined in 2023, and has worked with Unit4 since early 2021. She specialises in the finance side of ERP implementations, guiding clients from initial discovery through to successful go-live and adoption. Day to day, she prepares client-facing presentations for scoping workshops and supports the finance lead in gathering stakeholder requirements, both on-site and remotely. She analyses existing finance processes and advises on more streamlined ways of working, documents and prioritises requirements, and develops cutover plans for go-live.

During the build phase she works across finance modules including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation and Budget & Forecasting, producing and running test scripts and carrying out root-cause analysis of any defects. Jessica has supported clients including UKAEA/UKIFS and West Suffolk, alongside earlier engagements with ABRSM and UNICEF. She began her career at Sparta Global as a Senior Test Analyst, where she was chosen for one-to-one mentoring by the Global Testing Practice Manager. She has passed several Unit4 ERP exams and the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting, and is currently studying towards AAT Level 3.
