Matt is a co-founder of Vision ERP and Lead Consultant for HR & Payroll, a CIPD-qualified HR professional with over 13 years' public sector experience. He translates HR policy and process into effective Unit4 ERP solutions.

Matt co-founded Vision ERP in 2016 and is Lead Consultant for HR & Payroll. CIPD qualified, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, he brings over 13 years of public sector HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to redundancy. That experience includes two years in the NHS, time in local government, and three years at a regional body, the West Midlands Local Government Association.

Matt specialises in translating HR process and policy into practical Unit4 ERP builds. His work spans self-service form design, annual leave calculations, payroll implementation, data migration, workflow and reporting, ensuring the system reflects how organisations actually work. Before joining Vision ERP, he was an Implementation Consultant at Arvato and a System Specialist for HR at Wolverhampton City Council.

He currently supports customers including Surrey County Council and Devon and Cornwall Police, and has delivered projects for the National Nuclear Laboratory, Gloucestershire Constabulary, the Republic of Cyprus, Cheshire Council, Shropshire Council, Buckinghamshire New University and Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council. His focus is always on aligning people processes with the systems that support them.
