Ryan is an Application Consultant specialising in HR and Payroll, working closely with client stakeholders on-site to capture and document the detailed business requirements that shape a successful implementation.

Ryan is an Application Consultant at Vision ERP, which he joined in 2023, focusing on the HR and Payroll side of Unit4 ERP implementations. He carries out thorough analysis of clients' HR and Payroll processes, visiting client sites to collaborate with stakeholders and gather and document detailed business requirements. He also runs workshops and feedback meetings to confirm project objectives and keep delivery aligned with what clients actually need. Since late 2023 he has worked with UKAEA on the UKIFS programme.

Ryan has achieved Unit4 ERP Hire-to-Retire and Payroll certifications and completed several further course modules. Before Vision ERP, he spent two years at Sparta Global as a Software Test Analyst, deployed at Unit4 itself, where he worked on the Industry Models project comparing different ERP environments and on the Republic of Cyprus project covering Finance and HR/Payroll modules. There he carried out manual, regression and exploratory testing and defect management, and was selected by the Global Test Manager for one-to-one mentoring. This grounding in both testing and analysis gives clients a consultant who understands their processes in real depth.
