Sam is a CIMA-qualified Finance, FP&A and ERP Consultant with over five years in NHS financial management. He builds and improves Unit4 finance and planning solutions that strengthen financial control in the public sector.

At Vision ERP, Sam builds bank statement processing solutions within Unit4 for automated reconciliation and stronger financial control, and helps improve public sector best-practice FP&A models. He is CIMA-qualified, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, with more than five years' experience in NHS financial management.

Before joining Vision ERP, Sam spent several years at the East of England Ambulance Service, latterly as Senior Finance Analyst for Systems, FP&A and Costing. There he led the end-to-end design, build and implementation of FP&A models within Unit4 for a 6,000 FTE organisation, covering budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning. He also acted as Unit4 ERP system administrator, worked on activity-based costing, and prepared national NHS benchmarking submissions.

Sam specialises in FP&A systems and modelling, Unit4 finance systems, management accounting, costing, process improvement and stakeholder engagement. He combines chartered accountancy expertise with hands-on delivery of finance and planning solutions in demanding public sector environments.
