Saskia is a Senior Application Consultant at Vision ERP, specialising in Unit4 ERP HR and Payroll. She joined in 2020 and progressed from Application Consultant to Senior Application Consultant in 2022. Today she is Lead Payroll Consultant on the NRS project and HR and Payroll Consultant for Surrey County Council, and acts as Work Stream Lead across HR, Learning & Development and Payroll.

With a strong payroll background and a thorough understanding of the full payroll process and its crossover with HR, Saskia brings deep hands-on expertise. Her work covers the configuration of pay and deductions, complex pension schemes, absences and back pay, the delivery of parallel payroll runs, user acceptance testing support, solution design documentation, and system training and demonstrations.

Before joining Vision ERP, Saskia was an HR and Payroll System Specialist at Shropshire Council, a Payroll Advisor at Furniture Village, where she supported a payroll of more than 1,000 employees, and Payroll Process Owner at Buckinghamshire New University. Her clients include NRS, Surrey County Council, Gloucestershire Constabulary, Northumbria Police, South Wales Police and the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
